Responsibilities

  • Build Strong Partnerships - Cultivate and manage relationships with external partners, collaborators, and community organisations to co-create impactful initiatives.

  • Oversee Budgets & Resources - Manage training and programme budgets, vendor sourcing, and procurement with accountability and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strong skills in partnership management and community engagement
  • Experience in events, training, or programme management (experience in youth development is a plus!)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities - you're able to build trust and bring people together
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive - you enjoy planning, coordinating, and seeing things through
  • A hands-on mindset with a passion for mentoring and empowering others
  • Strong facilitation skills and the ability to engage diverse groups effectively
  • Bonus: Experience in volunteer-based or membership organisations
  • Knowledge of the Guiding movement is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates with relevant experience, internship or volunteer background are welcome to apply
  • Working Hours
  • Working hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Flexibility is required for occasional evening or weekend events/trainings, with time off provided in lieu
