Job Highlights AWS* Entitled to OT Group hospitalization insurance Medical / Leave Benefits Working Location: Senoko Start ASAP / Short Notice *Terms and conditions apply Job Description Coordinate daily warehouse operations including inbound and outbound shipment Process customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment Prepare picking lists, delivery orders, and shipping documents Update and maintain data in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and internal systems Liaise with customers, suppliers, and transport teams on delivery schedules and issues Monitor inventory movements including goods receiving, issuing, and returns Support packing, labelling, and order processing for e-commerce shipments (e.g. SPX/UPS) Handle documentation such as invoices, permits, and billing-related reports Assist in cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks Coordinate with internal departments (Customer Service, Billing, Operations) for smooth work
