- Required Skills and Experience:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification, with 3+ years of progressive accounting experience at a Big 4 firm, publicly traded fintech, or SaaS company.
- Demonstrated ownership of month-end and quarter-end close processes, including hands-on experience with journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Expert knowledge of US GAAP and Ind AS, with working familiarity of IFRS and SOX compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Indian regulatory frameworks including the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST regulations, and FEMA, with experience preparing or coordinating regulatory filings.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects from initiation through completion.
