Responsibilities

- What We Look For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in purchasing and/or sourcing within FMCG, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of supply chain and procurement best practices
- Experience with e-sourcing tools and procurement systems
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and influence stakeholders effectively
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large spend categories and interpret data trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a global environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance
- Fluency in English
- Based in or able to work in Shanghai (hybrid work arrangement)
