Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of Japan-listed ETFs to market and assist in ongoing range management activities
- Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Compliance, Product, Sales, Operations) to support product strategy execution

- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze information and present insights clearly and concisely
- Proactive mindset with ability to work independently with guidance
- Experience working across teams and cultures is a plus
- Native Japanese and business-level English
