AI Transformation Specialist/Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise AI solutions and intelligent automation initiatives.
• Architect and build a family of interconnected agentic workflows to support various departments across the organisation.
• Establish and maintain an enterprise knowledge vault and AI memory framework to facilitate information retrieval, contextual reasoning and cross-functional collaboration.
• Analyse end-to-end business processes and identify opportunities to enhance productivity through AI-enabled orchestration and workflow integration.
• Develop AI governance frameworks, prompt engineering standards and agent evaluation methodologies to ensure reliability, compliance and security.
• Design multi-agent architectures capable of coordinating tasks across different operational functions.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) frameworks and knowledge management systems into existing business environments.
• Collaborate with management and department heads to formulate AI transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Implement AI systems using orchestration frameworks and automation platforms, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend suitable architectures and deployment strategies.
• Establish performance metrics, monitoring frameworks and continuous improvement processes for AI systems.
• Provide technical leadership and advisory support on enterprise AI initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in AI, machine learning, enterprise systems or digital transformation roles.
• Proven experience in designing and deploying AI systems across multiple business functions.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic AI frameworks and AI orchestration technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases and enterprise knowledge management systems.
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or equivalent technologies.
• Proficiency in Codex, Obsidian, Python and familiarity with API integrations, workflow automation platforms and cloud technologies.
• Experience in architecting multi-agent systems, contextual memory frameworks and AI governance structures.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks and AI observability methodologies.
• Ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into scalable AI-enabled workflows.
• Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management and enterprise change management.
• Excellent analytical, communication and documentation skills.
• Candidates with the following will have an added advantage:
• Master's Degree or PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science or related fields.
• Experience implementing enterprise AI solutions involving memory architecture, vector search and agent collaboration systems.
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol), knowledge graphs and advanced AI infrastructure.
• Experience in deploying AI systems across cloud environments such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Exposure to AI governance, compliance and responsible AI frameworks.
• Experience in designing AI systems capable of supporting sales, operations, marketing, customer service and knowledge management functions in an integrated manner.
• Industry certifications in AI, machine learning or cloud technologies.

We are seeking a highly experienced AI Specialist / AI Transformation Consultant to drive enterprise-wide AI initiatives and architect an integrated ecosystem of agentic workflows across the organisation. The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in AI technologies, systems integration and business process transformation, and will play a key role in designing, implementing and governing AI solutions that support multiple departments in a coordinated and scalable manner.
