Job Scopes: Support and advise the project team on cost and contractual issues for main contract and subcontracts Liaise with Project Team members to ensure commitments and milestones of subcontracts are achieved and adhered to Analyses all requirements and provisions in contracts, including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations and company policies and procedures. Review evaluation of variation order request, variation orders, defending claims and providing contractual advice to site team Preparation of VO submissions & closeout all documents for Final Accounts upstream and downstream, including warranties Requirements (Qualification & Experience): Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveyor, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent Min 10 years of experience with main contractor, preferably in MRT Projects Sound Knowledge in Contract Negotiation and Administration Strong organization skills including attention to detail and methodical approach to work Possesses analytical and problem-solving skills Dependability with a strong sense of urgency and result oriented Ability to work with tight deadlines Willing to work in the East
