As Fleet Team Leader, you will own day-to-day fleet operations at regional level. You will lead a team of technicians and coordinators, ensuring vehicles are maintained, safe, and available for operations. You will partner with Fleet Manager, Last Mile, and external suppliers to deliver high vehicle uptime and cost efficiency What We Expect From You Owns regional fleet availability, maintenance, and compliance. Leads a team of fleet technicians, setting priorities and monitoring performance. Partners with suppliers and service providers to secure timely repairs and maintenance. Provides input to fleet planning and replacement cycles. Tracks KPIs (vehicle uptime, maintenance costs, compliance) and ensures data accuracy. Ensures adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Coaches and develops team members, building technical capabilities. Carrying out any additional tasks assigned by the line manager What We Look For You have at least 3 years of experience in fleet management, maintenance, or logistics. You have proven leadership experience managing small technical teams. You possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills. You have technical knowledge of commercial vehicles. You are fluent in both English and the local language.
