GREAT PAYEarn a competitive wage of $18.00-21.00 per hour , depending on skill level and experience.BENEFITS & PERKSHealth and dental benefits, an RRSP matching program, free Friday breakfasts, and employee/family events that bring us together.STABLE, FLEXIBLE SCHEDULEYou can expect to work Monday through Friday with full-time hours.OUR IDEAL SHOP HAND:We're looking for someone who meets these qualifications:Class 5 driver's license with a minimum of 3 years driving experience and a clean driver's abstractPhysically able to lift at least 50lbs and perform physical labourBasic mechanical aptitude is preferred but not requiredPrevious warehouse or material handling experience is an assetFamiliarity with plumbing and HVAC material is a strong assetExceptional communicationStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to follow instructions and work in a team environmentComfortable working both in the shop and supporting in the fieldAnd who can manage these responsibilities:Maintain organization of shop and small warehouse space, keeping it clean, safe and functionalReceive, sort, and stock incoming materials and partsPrepare and stage materials for upcoming jobsTrack basic inventory and flag low stock itemsPick up materials and equipment from suppliers and ensure accuracy of orders before leaving vendorsDeliver parts and materials to job sites as neededAssist technicians on job sites when required, supporting basic labour tasks (material handling, site prep, clean-up)ARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?Health insuranceDental insuranceFlexible scheduleEquity / stock options
