Summer Intern

Requirements

• Undergraduate in business administration, human resources or related disciplines is preferred.
• Possess prior experience in human resources administration / coordination is preferred.
• Knowledge in human resources operations / administration is preferred.
• A team player, self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

Country of Location: China Hong Kong Job Responsibilities: - Assist in organizing training programs, workshop, virtual learning sessions. - Support team operation and administration, including enrollments, input records in HR system timely and accurately, and generate training records for analysis. - Assist in the organization of and provide on-site support to People Development Team events and other initiatives. - Communicate with internal key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. - Perform ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.
