Entity: Customers & Products Job Family Group: Retail Group Job Description: The Senior Business Manager is responsible for a network of 50-60 sites and reports to the Retail & Convenience Senior Manager for New Zealand. The role is accountable for the performance and development of their team of Business Managers, who in turn lead teams of Store Managers within allocated regions. The role holds direct responsibility for safety, people, compliance, commercial and brand performance.
