About the role

We are looking for a highly driven and creative Marketing Executive to help build and grow the 2050 brand from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in building a global consumer tech brand at an early stage. Content Innovation: Create viral, engaging, and community-driven content ideas that resonate with Gen Z. Brand Identity: Assist in shaping the voice, identity, and positioning of the 2050 brand. Influencer Relations: Coordinate influencer outreach and strategic partnership opportunities. Growth & Launch: Help plan launch campaigns, community activations, and international growth initiatives. Production Management: Work with designers, editors, and content creators to produce high-quality digital assets. Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of internet culture, memes, and viral opportunities relevant to young audiences. Ambassador Program: Support recruitment and onboarding of student ambassadors and interns. Analytics: Track engagement, growth metrics, and campaign performance to optimize strategy.

Requirements

  • Passion: Deep interest in social media, branding, internet culture, and digital communities.
  • Communication: Strong creativity and communication skills (both written and visual).
  • Platform Expertise: Native-level understanding of platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and X.
  • Mindset: Self-driven personality with a startup mentality; comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Experience: Experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management is welcome but not mandatory-we value talent and potential over years of service
