About the role

We are looking for a highly driven and creative Marketing Executive to help build and grow the 2050 brand from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in building a global consumer tech brand at an early stage. Fresh graduates and candidates with limited experience are welcome to apply if they demonstrate exceptional creativity, initiative, and strong social media instincts Working closely with the founders and core team, your responsibilities will include: Team Leadership: Build and manage a young, energetic marketing team including interns, content creators, ambassadors, and freelance collaborators. Campaign Strategy: Develop creative marketing campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit, and emerging social platforms. Content Innovation: Create viral, engaging, and community-driven content ideas that resonate with Gen Z. Brand Identity: Assist in shaping the voice, identity, and positioning of the 2050 brand. Influencer Relations: Coordinate influencer outreach and strategic partnership opportunities. Growth & Launch: Help plan launch campaigns, community activations, and international growth initiatives. Production Management: Work with designers, editors, and content creators to produce high-quality digital assets. Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of internet culture, memes, and viral opportunities relevant to young audiences. Ambassador Program: Support recruitment and onboarding of student ambassadors and interns. Analytics: Track engagement, growth metrics, and campaign performance to optimize strategy.

Requirements

• Passion: Deep interest in social media, branding, internet culture, and digital communities.
• Communication: Strong creativity and communication skills (both written and visual).
• Platform Expertise: Native-level understanding of platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and X.
• Mindset: Self-driven personality with a startup mentality; comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
• Experience: Experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management is welcome but not mandatory-we value talent and potential over years of service
