Job summary We are seeking an experienced, business-oriented Senior Litigation Lawyer to manage complex disputes across multiple jurisdictions. This role requires a strong project management mindset, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive, solution-driven approach to legal risk.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex litigation and dispute resolution matters, aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders on disputes, contracts, and risk exposure.
- Coordinate and oversee external counsel globally, ensuring consistency, quality, and cost control.
- Draft and review key legal documents (pleadings, claims, legal opinions, settlements).
- Provide early-stage dispute assessments, including breach analysis, termination strategies, and recoverability.
- Drive evidence collection and preservation in collaboration with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Commercial).
- Act as a legal project manager, ensuring visibility, timelines, structured reporting, and end-to-end case management.
- Support internal investigations, insurance matters, and regulatory issues when required.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with at least 5+ years' litigation experience (top-tier law firm and/or in-house).
- Strong expertise in civil and commercial litigation.
- Excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with high accountability.
- Interest in data-driven legal management (e.g., Excel, Power BI, AI tools).
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
