Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's regional commercial strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth across Asia-Pacific.

- Build and mentor a high-performing commercial team while establishing KPIs and performance metrics.
- Represent Primetime Health in regional conferences, industry events, investor meetings, and strategic discussions.
Requirements
- Education
- Master's Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare discipline is required.
- MBA from a recognized university is highly preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of commercial leadership experience within multinational pharmaceutical and/or medical device companies.
- Proven track record in sales leadership, marketing, medical affairs, commercial excellence, or business development.
- Experience working within multinational corporations (MNCs) is essential.
- Prior working experience in China is highly preferred, with strong understanding of the Chinese healthcare ecosystem and regulatory environment.
- Demonstrated experience in both pharmaceutical and medical device commercialization.
- Hands-on experience in reproductive medicine, fertility, IVF, women's health, or related therapeutic areas is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience working with fertility clinics, reproductive healthcare providers, or IVF centers.
- Experience leading or supporting fertility clinic mergers, acquisitions, strategic investments, or healthcare partnerships will be a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of regional healthcare systems across Singapore, China, and Asia-Pacific markets.
- Experience launching innovative healthcare products across multiple markets.
- Established network within pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare provider, and fertility ecosystems.
