Job Summary Reporting to the Assistant Director, the Executive/Senior Executive is responsible for the full spectrum of Human Capital operational functions including Payroll Management, Training, and Human Capital administration tasks. Job Description Payroll & Leave Management Liaise with payroll outsourcing vendor on monthly payroll processing Prepare bank files for submission Prepare statutory submissions to CPF & IRAS andensure timely and accurate processing in compliance with statutory requirementsand company policies Process monthly claims and verify receipts Perform monthly payroll reconciliation and reporting to Finance Handle and resolve employees' enquiries pertaining to payroll matters Prepare monthly payroll reports for the department Support leave and benefits management queries from employees Provide advice and support to HODs and employees on all compensation matters Reporting & Projects Submission of MOM survey or any other required labour statistics surveys Support the analysis of total payroll expenditure and the yearly payroll budget preparation and forecast Drive payroll reviews and enhancements Prepare and compile data and reports to Finance and Auditors Learning and Development Support the coordination and administration of learning and development programs Assists with training logistics, enrolments, attendance tracking, and training records, while providing support to employees and stakeholders on learning-related matters Other duties Coordinate training registration and administer SDF and absentee payroll claims Process all MUP, IR21, IR8A, WICA, and all government paid claims Assist with internship job posting via school internship portal(s) Administrative functions: ordering of pantry and stationery items, business card and office supplies Job Requirements Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent IHRP-CA certification preferred Minimum 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing and generalist HR role Experience with training and development will be an added advantage Good knowledge of Human Resource best practices and employment law Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality at all levels Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well aspart of a team Proficient in the use of Human Resource Information Systems and Microsoft Office Suite
