At Deloitte M&A Deal Transformation, we help clients maximize the value of their mergers, acquisitions and divestitures across the entire transaction cycle. We are now seeking experienced professionals with between 3 and 12 years of experience in projects within the following offerings, preferably from management consultancy or M&A firms. Commercial due diligence Operational due diligence Tech/IT due diligence Carve-outs and integrations Value Creation Services (VCS), i.e. profitability improvement and turnaround situations In this role, you will support clients to manage various aspects of the M&A process and engage with Private Equity and Corporate stakeholders to optimize stakeholder value. You will conduct high-quality research and analysis to deliver strategic insights and uncover new opportunities. Additionally, you will develop rapport and trust with clients, lead and manage challenging projects, lead presentations and workshops, and drive business development activities that enhance Deloitte's market presence in Sweden and across the Nordics. Our team combines expertise from strategy, finance, and operations to provide tailored, high-quality insights that inform investment and divestiture decisions, as well as post-deal value creation. Operating across the Nordics and in close collaboration with offices across the globe, we work seamlessly to deliver comprehensive solutions during critical phases of the deal lifecycle. Candidate has experience from similar M&A advisory positions and or management strategy firm background and the following qualifications: Completed MBA or Master's degree with strong academic results Minimum of 3 years demonstrated high performance in delivering and leading commercial, operational, or tech/IT due diligence, carve-outs, and/or value creation engagements for Private Equity and Corporate clients For senior candidates, a proven track record of leading diverse teams and developing junior colleagues Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Flexibility in handling the demands of deal cycles Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel Fluency in written and spoken English and preferably Swedish Can-do attitude, goal-oriented and positive mindset Commercial mindset with a track record in achieving/exceeding revenue targets
