Job Position: SAP AII / OER Lead Job Location: Raritan, NJ Fulltime Job Description: Title: SAP AII / OER Lead Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 5+ in SAP AII / OER Technical/Functional Skills : - SAP AII / OER Lead - Ability to map the user requirements - Strong understanding of SAP AII and SAP OER modules required and should be able to translate functional requirements into technical specifications clearly and accurately. - Knowledge of packaging and warehouse processes - Sound understanding and experience in object oriented design and programming required - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Lead the onsite and offshore team Experience Required - A minimum of a Bachelor's degree required. - Strong understanding of SAP AII and SAP OER - SAP WM, track N trace, e-Pedigree, GS1 Standards, RFID middleware, EPC technology and standards. - modules required and should be able to translate functional requirements into technical specifications clearly and accurately. - Sound understanding and experience in object oriented design and programming required - Knowledge of GXP Processes is required. - Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment is required. - Experience in testing using HPQC Desired - Participation in full cycle implementation and/or a minimum of 2 years of run support experience required. - Knowledge of packaging and warehouse processes - Exposure to XML, ITS Mobile Web Services, Service Registry, SOA Manager for creating and changing service end points in WSDL conversions would be an asset. - Familiar with formal change management and System Development Life Cycle - SAP Authorizations - Experience with programming for application development Roles & Responsibilities - Analyze new business requirements and changes to existing functionalities (small and medium size projects) - Maintain and support the specific SAP solutions towards the J&J affiliates Key Users (2nd & 3rd Line support) - Document user requirements (URS) - Translate the user requirements into functional and technical design, application configuration and testing scenario's - Documenting all aspects of the system (e.g. URS, process flows, functional specifications, technical design, application configuration, test scenario's, etc.) according to internal procedures : Generic Managerial Skills : Able to manage a small team, as required.
