Responsibilities

  • Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za:
  • Koordynowanie procesów rekrutacji i onboardingu,
  • Wdrażanie efektywnych procesów i dobrych praktyk związanych z procesem rekrutacji,
  • Uczestniczenie w tworzeniu opisów stanowisk,
  • Przygotowywanie raportów, sprawozdań, analiz i prezentacji dotyczących spraw pracowniczych,
  • Prowadzenie akt osobowych pracowników,
  • Wsparcie w rozliczaniu czasu pracy, urlopów, zwolnień lekarskich oraz innych nieobecności,
  • Przygotowanie dokumentacji związanej z zatrudnianiem cudzoziemców,
  • Budowanie i utrzymywanie właściwych relacji biznesowych w organizacji,
  • Budowanie wizerunku pracodawcy na rynku,
  • Komunikacja wewnętrzna i zewnętrzna,
  • Doskonalenie obecnie istniejących w organizacji rozwiązań HR.
  • Wymagane kwalifikacje:
  • Znajomość różnorodnych zagadnień i narzędzi związanych z zarządzaniem zasobami ludzkimi,
  • Znajomość przepisów prawa pracy,
  • Zdolności analityczne oraz umiejętności tworzenia zestawień i raportów dotyczących wskaźników HR,
  • Bardzo dobre zdolności interpersonalne,
  • Umiejętność pracy w zespole,
  • Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy własnej, samodzielność i inicjatywa w działaniu,
  • Obsługa komputera - MS Office: Power Point, Word, Excel,
  • Dobra znajomość j. angielskiego.
