About the role

Scaler is a sustainability data platform built for the real estate industry. We give real estate managers and investors the data they need to protect asset value, meet reporting obligations, and reduce long-term risk. Our product is data-heavy, increasingly built on LLMs, and operates in a domain where data errors carry real financial consequences. As a Client strategy & operations associate you'll work closely with clients and leadership to connect portfolio data to real business decisions. The role sits at the intersection of client relationship management and analytical work. You'll help clients act on what their data is telling them, refine how we deliver services, and contribute to our growth strategy across the APAC region. Your deep knowledge of the platform and its functionality will be instrumental in product demonstrations as well as running pilot programs for potential clients. This is a role for someone who follows through. You'll own complex client projects, identify where our processes can improve, and work across teams to get things done.

  • Support regional leadership with strategic planning and performance tracking
  • Build relationships with clients and internal teams so that commitments are followed through on both sides
  • Assists in executing promotional activities, such as social media posts, webinars, and attending events-to enhance exposure and engagement across the region.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years in B2B SaaS, financial services, fund management, or consulting, with client-facing and operational exposure
  • Proven experience managing and interpreting complex datasets in a strategic business context, including reporting frameworks such as GRESB or SFDR
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced fluency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM or reporting tools
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders, including C-suite, in a consultative capacity
  • Skilled in cultivating strong customer relationships and creating meaningful connections with potential and current clients.
  • A bias for action: you're comfortable in ambiguity, know how to prioritize, and deliver with urgency and precision
