Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring sterilization processes and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Support updates to procedures and ISO documentation
  • Help identify opportunities for process improvements related to safety, quality, and efficiency

Requirements

  • Education & Experience
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
  • Prior internship, co-op, or coursework related to manufacturing or engineering preferred but not required
  • Skills & Abilities
  • Basic understanding of engineering principles and problem-solving techniques
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to interpret technical information and follow procedures
  • Comfortable working with data (Excel or similar tools)
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn in a team environment
  • Work Environment
  • Exposure to a manufacturing setting, including equipment, varying temperatures, and operational areas
  • Safety training and personal protective equipment will be provided
  • Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform light physical tasks
  • May require occasional lifting (up to ~10 lbs )
