Graduate Project Manager

Responsibilities

• -Support delivery on a range of renewals and improvements projects from design inception to close out following construction project types varying from structures, tunnels, highways and technology across the M25 network
• . -To identify and embrace change and promote innovations as the key to continuous improvement
• -Proactively establish relationships and dialogue with colleagues at all levels of the organisation and its stakeholders and when applicable, provide support to the project delivery teams
• -Attend various internal team meetings as and when required
• -Support the delivery of the Business Sustainability activities
• -The opportunity to visit and share experiences with other Egis graduates across the global team and organisation Profile
• -Minimum of 2:1 or above, expected or achieved in Project Management subject or similar
• -Driving licence
• -Enthusiasm and results focus, together with an ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines -Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Excel
• -An understanding of the importance of presentation skills, including the utilisation of visual tools to communicate outputs to various levels of the business and external stakeholders
• -Familiar with the concept of key performance indicator
