Responsibilities

  • Create a variety of ongoing promotional activities to increase revenues.
  • Responsible and accountable for the commercial management of a grocery store
  • Reconcile monthly operating budgets and share updated financial reports with the senior management team
  • Handle company conference and event logistics, including booking rooms, choosing vendors, inviting guests and booking travel arrangements if necessary

  • Investigating market trends and offering products that would appeal to customers.
  • Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews;
  • Preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems;
  • Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
  • Observing, reviewing and analysing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made identifying and resolving any problems in the operation process.
  • Plan and manage the work schedules of team members
  • Plan for shop deliveries, lead sales forecasting and reporting
  • Develop and establish key channel partners in target areas.
  • Managing and growing key customer accounts, and coordinating the management of all other accounts.
  • Supervise and assist in loading and unloading of goods (if required)
  • Ensure the maintenance of allocated vehicle
  • Ensure the security of all goods
  • Ensure goods delivered to customers are in their original good condition
  • Do quality check for goods receive, reject those defective goods
  • Arrange and organize the goods to shelves, if required
  • Moves and restructures organization of goods in warehouse to make space for new inventory.
  • Assists in cleaning and organizing the store upon closing.
  • Other duties as required

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Operations Integration and Coordinator or similar role
  • Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
  • At least 6 years of experience in business development and operations marketing, or equivalent qualification
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation and Conflict management
  • Good driving record
  • Relevant work experience is preferred
  • Able/ willing to work on Weekends/ Public holidays is an advantage.
