As a Senior Full Stack Development Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable applications and APIs that power mission-critical healthcare and insurance workflows. This role focuses on backend architecture, service development, data processing, and system integration, ensuring high performance, reliability, and maintainability across platforms. You will work across multiple initiatives, partnering with product, engineering, and implementation teams to deliver robust backend capabilities that support complex transaction processing and customer integrations. You will also leverage modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to improve development speed and efficiency, and apply modern testing approaches such as automated API and workflow validation (e.g., Playwright, where applicable) to ensure system reliability. This role is central to building and maintaining the backend systems that power our core products and integrations. You will directly impact system scalability, reliability, and performance across multiple customer-facing and internal platforms. • Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and core platform components
• Build scalable systems using Java and Spring Boot or similar frameworks
