With our deep knowledge and expertise, we bring the voice of the customer into the design, development and successful deployment of Visa products and services. The Acceptance S pecialist Client Success team is a regional organisation located across key Asia Pacific markets responsible for managing client operational relationship s and overseeing the service delivery for merchants , acquirers and resellers across the Acceptance portfolio. The team oversees the support of our clients , driv ing adoption and effective use of deployed solutions . They are accountable for delivering client outcomes through optimizing service, performance, reliability and p artnership for commercial impact. What a Senior Director, Head of Acceptance Specialist Client Success does at Visa : This role is responsible for defining and executing the service delivery and client success strategy for Acceptance Solutions across APAC, ensuring clients realise measurable value and business outcomes from Visa's products and services. This role provides leadership across all clients' operational activities, including the cross ‑ functional delivery of systems and services. Th is leader is responsible for defin ing and execut ing client service strategies across Acceptance client segments, with a strong focus on proactive c lient s uccess planning to ensure client goals, operational delivery and business growth outcomes are successfully met .
