The Challenge Ahead You will be working together with the rest of the Technical Product Managers at EA Loc Technology where with the support of your manager and peers you will help to create and execute the technical strategy of the areas assigned and help to coordinate the definition and development of the localization toolset. Full autonomy in the delivery of the areas and decision making is not expected from you but to be part of them. Key Duties and Responsibilities Business Analysis Capture and understand business and technical needs of the areas assigned. Document features identified during conversations with partners Help to create the technical strategy plans of the areas assigned. Project Management Act as an effective reporting and coordination link between business and the localization toolset. Actively participate in the ongoing prioritization of the business needs as per project needs and schedules. Track, predict, report and escalate to your manager: schedule and cost deviation, report them and propose actions for an appropriate mitigation, correction or compromises. issues and risks (i.e.: quality degradation), report them and propose actions for appropriate mitigation, correction or compromises. Actively participate in postmortem processes and collection of partners feedback to measure satisfaction and distil future improvements and solutions needed Product Management Ensure new features & user stories are aligned with the product vision. Support your manager to build consensus of the business requests to maximize the development efforts. Follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints Work with QA lead and architect to control quality, stability and performance of the product. Skills and Knowledge Required Technical background. University Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent educational or working background. Conflict Management skills Project Management, Business Analysis and CRM skills. knowledge in the foundations of Software Engineering and Development Life Cycle. Proactivity in your day to day Very good fluency in English (written and spoken) Familiar with AI-based solutions Essential Experience Required 2+ years of professional experience in start to end Project Management (from conception to implementation, deployment and maintenance) Professional experience in Business Analysis and Requirement Analysis. Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, ...) and Agile Project Management. Experience working in a multi-site and multi-cultural team.
