Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Adult Qualified Social Worker for its client's Adult Safeguarding / Duty Team, based at Wirral. This is an excellent locum opportunity offering competitive rates, hybrid working and a supportive team structure. What will your responsibilities be? Lead and coordinate Care Act safeguarding enquiries, including triaging new concerns as part of the duty rota. Complete strengths‑based Care Act assessments and Mental Capacity Assessments, developing outcome‑focused and person‑centred support plans. Manage safeguarding cases involving risk, complex decision‑making, and multi‑agency working. Work collaboratively with internal teams, health partners, and external agencies to ensure timely and effective safeguarding responses.
