Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in a related field with a proven track record of success, preferably experience in a client-facing or customer success role Impeccable communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Fluency in English and Bahasa. Outstanding execution skills coupled with analytical capabilities and attention to detail. Ability to plan, work to a structured timetable, and be focused on deliverables. Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). A self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team. Entrepreneurial, dynamic, and proactive, with a passion for learning and adaptability to new challenges.
