Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement communication plans for distribution centres (DCs) across Continent, including gathering and creating locally relevant content
  • Act as the main point of contact for communication for DC colleagues
  • Support and adapt globally driven communication initiatives and campaigns (e.g. company policies)
  • Drive brand communication planning and implementation, including media relations, visual content and storytelling
  • Lead communication activities covering broad topics such as, Learning & Development, Inclusion & Diveristy, Logisitcs and innovation-related topics
  • Own and manage the annual content calendar from both a planning and execution perspective
  • Manage reactive and proactive communication requests connected to logistics topics
  • Track and report on communication KPIs and contribute to performance insights
  • Create and maintain communication resources (presentations, templates, key messages, videos and one-pagers)
  • Support logistics events and engagement activities, including materials such as presentations and resource library. Maintain org charts and distribution lists and all related content
  • Contribute to administrative and coordination tasks linked to communication activities

Requirements

  • University degree within communications, human resources, marketing or a related field
  • Strong interest in communication, with initial experience across internal and external channels
  • Understanding of logistics or operational environments is considered a strong advantage
  • Service-minded with the ability to adapt tone of voice to different audiences and stakeholders
  • Structured and solution-oriented, with a proactive and strategic mindset
  • Comfortable navigating change and contributing with a positive, can-do approach
  • Good awareness of how communication impacts teams and organisational outcomes
  • A collaborative team player who works effectively across functions and geographies
  • Inclusive communicator with an empathetic and audience-focused communication style
  • Familiar with technical tools and platforms supporting communication work
