Where is the work: On-Site (5 days) 关键岗位职责: - 与工程总包与设计院进行沟通交流,挖掘客户需求,并协同技术支持团队为客户定制有竞争力的空气侧技术解决方案。 - 跟踪区域市场及竞争对手的发展情况,拓展新领域并在新领域推广空气侧产品技术解决方案,实现并超越既定的销售和利润目标。 - 按照公司既定策略,积极寻求项目机会,扩大市场覆盖,增强特灵空气侧产品的市场影响力。 - 收集市场及同类产品信息,帮助公司提升产品性能、质量及应用,并创造积极的客户体验。 - 按照公司的销售流程追踪项目进程。 - 按照公司设定的销售目标完成各项业绩指标,完成项目合同执行及收款工作。 - 定期分析和总结销售工作,并按要求调整工作方向。 任职资格: - 本科以上学历,暖通空调、建筑环境与设备工程、机电一体化等理工科专业毕业; - 3年以上中央空调产品直销经验,有空气侧产品销售经验者优先; - 有CAD制图与识图能力; - 有一定的客户资源(工程总包、设计院及行业类客户); - 能够并愿意到负责区域出差; - 热爱销售工作,积极主动,勇于承担,敢于创新,良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神; - 乐于接受反馈,不断学习和开发新思路并自我提升; - 追求卓越绩效并持续达成目标,能够理解业务战略及方向,销售流程,快速执行以实现业务目标。 We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
