Logistic Supervisor (5.5days, Office hours, Immediate)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Oversee picking, packing, loading/unloading, and order fulfillment
• Manage receiving and dispatch of goods accurately and on time
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock take
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of warehouse activities
• Enforce workplace safety standards and operational procedures
• Allocate tasks and monitor team performance to meet KPIs
• Resolve operational issues and handle escalations when required
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. logistics, customer service) for smooth workflow
• Train and guide new staff to improve productivity and efficiency
