Job Description As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to global stakeholders. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Distribution, Investment, Technology, Compliance, and Investment Services to support business objectives and maintain high service standards. Consequently, the incumbent will be strategically positioned to engage across all sub-functions within the SIPOC framework, with an expectation to take ownership of responsibilities as they arise. Team Supervision Allocate tasks and monitor daily workload distribution. Ensure team members adhere to reporting procedures and quality standards. Provide coaching, training, and support to junior staff. Performance Monitoring Track team KPIs such as report accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback. Report Production & Delivery Oversee the preparation and distribution of client reports (e.g., portfolio performance, holdings, transactions, valuations). Ensure reports meet client specifications and are delivered within agreed timelines. Review reports for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory standards. Data Management & Quality Control Validate data inputs from various systems (e.g., accounting, trading, risk). Implement checks to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies. Coordinate with data providers and internal teams to address data issues. Client Service : Act as a point of escalation for client issues as needed Ensure timely and accurate responses to client queries Stakeholder Coordination : Liaise with internal teams (e.g., IT, Compliance, Risk) Participate in governance meetings and audits as required MIS & KPIs : Prepare and analyze operational metrics Report on volumes, errors, and productivity Documentation : Maintain SOPs and ensure updates are communicated Key proficiencies Strong team building and leadership skills Passion for self-development and talent growth Effective decision-making under pressure Collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork and feedback High emotional intelligence and interpersonal effectiveness Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent communication, presentation, and writing abilities Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities Ability to navigate challenges and turn them into opportunities Professional engagement across all organizational levels The Experience You Bring Minimum 8+ years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably within Asset Management or Investment Banking 2+ years of experience in leading teams Strong understanding of client communications processes and structures Familiarity with performance calculations and exposure to investment accounting Knowledge of financial regulations such as GAAP, IFRS, EMIR, MiFID, and other relevant regulatory frameworks Full Time / Part Time Full time Worker Type Employee Job Exempt (Yes / No) No Workplace Model At Invesco, our workplace model supports our culture and meets the needs of our clients while providing flexibility our employees value.
