The Process Consultant is responsible for driving process improvements, efficiency, and innovation throughout the Global PMO. Leadership and Management: Leads activities to drive adoption of new process and procedures within the Global PMO. Build relationships with a range of diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization to support the Global PMO strategy. Provide support and direction to team to ensure alignment with PMO goals and initiatives. Engages with senior leadership to identify and define business strategies for both internal and customer needs Communicates team priorities clearly and effectively. Promotes accountability and a sense of urgency within the team. Operational Excellence & Performance Management: Identifies opportunities for process improvement in the Global PMO with a focus on increased productivity and overall success of the project teams. Drive process improvement, efficiency, and innovation throughout the PMO Implement improved processes and continuous improvement initiatives across the Global PMO, with focus on customer experience, streamlined procedures and faster time to deploy. Manage the repository for standard global documentation and keep documentation current and up to date.
