Responsibilities

  • Will create appropriate global, regional and local metrics/dashboards to provide oversight and insights to performance with an expectation of driving continuous improvement.
  • Develop new Dashboards, improve existing ones in order to support People Service ELC Center metrics and performance.
  • Will be partnering with the PDA, GXOTeams to create appropriate global, regional and local metrics/dashboards to provide oversight and insights to performance with an expectation of driving continuous improvement.

  • Knowledge Management
  • Uses knowledge management tools/Veevadocs effectively to ensure accuracy of information and stays abreast of changes in knowledge management content.
  • Take accountability for ensuring all relevant Service Operating Procedures are fit for purpose and governed according to accepted Global standards
  • Delivery Management
  • Deliver services against Global Value Stream Metrics and standards utilizing Dashboards and available data analytics to ensure personal and team performance meet all agreed service standards and any CI opportunities are identified and followed up accordingly
  • Ensure effective prioritization of work and appropriate workforce planning for incoming workload
  • Deliver against all compliance imperatives including support for local and global Data Audits, local legislative needs, protecting Data Privacy at all times and adhering to confidentiality requirements to promote zero breach of compliance policies
  • Skills and expertise:
  • Experience working in a HR Shared Services, Support Centre or Customer Support environment.
  • Workday Reporting, Analytics, ServiceNow, POWER BI Dashboarding is a Must.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Demonstrated Workday technical & analytical skills and experience of working with metrics.
  • High level of expertise in Workday and standard MS Office Software (excel and word).
  • Performance driven / Focus on results.
  • Knowledge of relevant technology that aid in process improvement and governance (e.g. QlikView dashboards, Power BI, Workday, Service Now, etc.).
  • Experience in the Microsoft Power Platform - MS PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Experience with Office 365 development utilizing PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI, Teams and SharePoint Online
  • Basic Qualification:
  • University Degree, bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 to 4yrs of experience.

The Reporting and Analytics Analyst (GCC) is a member of the People Services Employee Life Cycle & supports global markets and plays a key role in the analysis and supply of data metrics ensuring data quality and the enablement of operationally relevant business intelligence in order for performance decisions to be made and a compliant People Services ELC organization upheld. This position requires an action oriented professional, who will provide essential support in the production or reports, analytics and actionable insights in support of People Services ELC Service delivery obligations.
