  • Ensure accuracy of data entered on the Daily task tracker and notify managers when defaults are identified.
  • Be the single POC for the team in terms of the process questions along with the SMEs.
  • Work on additional tasks and requirements as requested by the manager from time to time.
  • Be a role model for the team in terms of due diligence to required technical and soft skill competencies to perform the job roles in Study Maintenance.
