Responsibilities
- Actively prospecting and identifying sales opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and lead generation
- Conducting client meetings and presentations to showcase our products and services
- Negotiating and closing sales deals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Providing post-sales support and building long-term relationships with clients
- Participating in trade shows, exhibitions and clients' events
- Collaborating with the wider sales teams to share best practices and contribute to team goals
- Tracking and reporting on sales activities and pipeline to the management team
Requirements
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills with proven track records of success in a sales or consultative role, preferably within the Sales Representatives / Customer Service industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients
- Outstanding negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering value to customers
- Proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Proficient in Mandarin and Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin and Cantonese-speaking clients.
- Experience working with Artificial Intelligence tools is preferred
