As our Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for: Sourcing, reaching out to, and qualifying leads to convey Beyond's value proposition Converting qualified leads into scheduled product demos for our Account Executive team Collaborating cross-functionally to share and learn from best practices Quota attainment based on qualified leads & activity So what kind of person are we looking for in this role? Now that we've told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we're looking for in a candidate: A demonstrated ability to understand and apply effective outbound prospecting strategies and techniques Confidence in picking up the phone and smoothly conversing with prospects Demonstrated history of resilience, curiosity, optimism, and a solutions-oriented mentality A track record of overachieving against defined metrics A data-oriented approach with an aptitude for large data sets and numbers A desire to win, doesn't believe in settling, and finds motivation in temporary setbacks Bonus Points for experience with Salesforce and Sales Automation/Engagement platform and/or familiarity with Property Management Systems and/or the vacation rental market So what can you expect after you apply?
