Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or other related field. Experience in FMCG, retail, supermarkets, or e-commerce preferred. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Comfortable with field sales and partner visits. Data-driven and target-oriented. Understanding of Q-Commerce dynamics is a strong plus.
