People Operations Coordinator

Requirements

• In order to be successful in this role, you will meet the following requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management, or similar field.
• 1 - 2 years' experience in and HR and/or recruiter role.
• Experience with BambooHR and Lever is a plus.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, flexibility, and action oriented.
• High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
• Good judgement skills with the ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook calendar management.

We are looking for a Part Time People Operations Coordinator to recruit new positions, manage our HR information system, and assist with the day-to-day functions of the Human Resources department. This position will report to the Human Resources Generalist.
