- Provides servant leadership with motivation and guidance to the team.
- Provides on the job training and understands each business units value proposition

- Networks with industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
- Regulatory Compliance / Operations
- Pulls and reviews daily reports on teams volume and efficiency
- Identifies, analyzes and implements solutions/recommended process improvements for employment operations
- Ensures compliance within country guidelines.
- Ongoing monitoring of recruiting costs to ensure within budget.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining and coordinating business reviews with Vendors.
- Branding
- Ensures that TD SYNNEX's Employment Brand is consistently and professionally represented by the employment team and supporting resources at community recruitment events.
- Evaluates TD SYNNEX's social media sites to ensure TD SYNNEX's Employment Brand is consistently and professionally represented; leverages sites to drive applicant flow and brand awareness.
- Develop the TD SYNNEX Employer Brand and ensure it is marketed effectively to attract high quality candidates

- Knowledge Skills and Experience:
- >5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience independently driving the PDCA cycle of recruitment strategies based on business needs and target talent
- >1 to 3 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employees Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
- Japanese: Native level / English: Business level or above
