Your work will turn data, research and real-world evidence into clear insights that improve care, guide strategy and support better decisions. This is a unique opportunity to influence how we deliver safe, high-quality care at scale. You'll work at the centre of clinical thinking - helping us spot risks earlier, understand what works, and improve outcomes for our customers around the world. How you'll help us make health happen: Lead the strategy for clinical insights, research and intelligence across Bupa Turn complex data and research into clear, practical insights that senior leaders can act on Identify trends, risks and opportunities in healthcare through horizon scanning and research Support business strategy, including clinical quality improvement and investment decisions Oversee how we measure and understand clinical outcomes, including patient experience and performance data Work closely with clinical leaders, analysts and senior stakeholders across the business Provide insight and advice to governance forums, helping guide safe and effective care Share thought leadership internally and externally, helping shape how we use evidence in healthcare.
