Responsibilities
- Generate new print-ready files for different product lineups based on approved inputs and release them to printers.
- Assemble packaging artwork files for labels, cartons, and other packaging components in alignment with existing P&G design standards and guidelines.
- Execute the in-house artwork assembly process, including readiness assessments using standard checklists across each development phase.
- Participate actively in briefing hand-off calls , follow-up discussions, and quality assurance / quality control checks .
- Ensure all files comply with:

- Applicable regulatory and technical requirements shared by the regional teams
- Review requirements and technical details to accurately build packaging files from start to finish.
- Perform defect analysis on misses or quality issues assigned to the in-house studio, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support file destruction requests for quality alerts when an error is identified after release, formally coordinating with printers to eliminate affected files when required.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams including artwork, graphics, color, and print specialists to ensure strong execution and alignment.
- Identify and support opportunities to implement new technologies and process improvements within packaging development.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is required.
- Advanced English proficiency ( C1 ) is required.
- Strong proven experience using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop , with deeper expertise in Illustrator.
- Experience creating and preparing print-ready packaging files .
- Strong understanding of printing methods and printing technologies for consumer goods packaging, including areas such as Flexo, Offset, and Digital printing .
- Experience in the packaging, printing, or consumer goods industry is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Font Library, ESKO Dynamic Content, Canva, DAM, and Egnyte is a plus.
- Mac proficiency is required.
- Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering high-quality work Right the First Time .
- Ability to stay highly focused and manage work from start to finish , with less emphasis on multitasking and a stronger emphasis on execution quality.
