Purpose Responsible for creating and supporting strategic employer engagement and student success initiatives by building and maintaining relationships with employers. Develop, manage and evaluate program outreach and recruitment initiatives with employers for College of Natural Sciences students. Works closely with the CNS Career Services Coaching Team, UT Austin Career Success, the CNS Office of Experiential Learning, and other employer-facing professionals to advance the College of Natural Sciences' career development goals . To advance our core mission of fostering wellness, belonging, and success for all students.
