You will work across sourcing programs, supplier portfolio decisions, and commercial negotiations, always with a total cost perspective. Job DescriptionYou will drive sourcing activities within painted plastics and airvents with a strong focus on cost savings, cash flow, and added value. You will help define and execute commodity business plans based on business needs, market conditions, and supplier capabilities. You will identify and lead key sourcing programs that support category targets and strengthen the supplier base. You will lead commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers and contribute to sustainable supplier relationships. You will prepare and run RFI and RFQ processes together with stakeholders across the business. You will conduct market, supplier, and spend analysis to stay ahead of developments and drive strategic sourcing initiatives. You will contribute to supplier base portfolio decisions that support both immediate business needs and long-term category direction. RequirementsUniversity degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant area. A minimum of 3-5 years relevant working experience. Solid negotiation, commercial, and contractual track record. Professional experience in multi sourcing. Fluent in English, written and spoken. Ability to complete required background checks before start.
