Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary client interface, building trusted relationships and ensuring delivery excellence

- Support capture strategies, proposals, and client engagement activities

- Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field + 4 (four) years of experience managing multiple projects of various types and complexities for commercial, institutional, and light industrial client
- Demonstrated experience delivering Design-Build or alternative delivery projects
- Ability to obtain and maintain Government of Canada security clearance
- Security Clearance Requirements
- Must hold or be eligible to obtain:
- o Reliability Status (minimum)
- o Secret Clearance (required for many federal projects)
- Clearances are administered by the Contract Security Program (CSP) through Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC)
- Ability to comply with project-specific security protocols, including controlled site access and information handling requirements
Requirements
- Professional designation (P.Eng. or Architect - AIBC)
- 10+ years of progressive project management experience delivering building or infrastructure projects
- PMP certification; DBIA certification is an asset
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project financials, contracts, and change management
- Experience delivering projects in the Western Canada market
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams in complex project environments
