- Competent in basic computer usage and navigating the Internet for operational support.
- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment, including Loaders, Forklifts, and Moffett, is advantageous.
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
- Willingness to work outdoors and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening.
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role within a logistics, warehouse, or yard management setting, showcasing the ability to lead and motivate teams, enforce standards, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems and inventory control software to streamline operations, monitor stock levels, and optimize resource deployment.

- Experience in coordinating logistics and supply chain processes, including procurement, transportation, and distribution, to ensure seamless flow and availability of materials.
