Responsibilities

  • Data Entry and Maintenance - review and input employee master data into ADP and Deltek Costpoint, ensuring compliance with company policy as well as local, state and federal regulations maintaining and updating payroll records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

  • Requirements and Qualifications
  • Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field along with a basic knowledge of ADP payroll systems
  • Familiarity with any ERP system (e.g., Deltek, SAP, Workday, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry along with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Basic understanding of payroll principles and compliance requirements
  • Previous experience in a payroll or administrative role and US payroll experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of payroll rules and regulations and experienced in handling sensitive and confidential information
