Analyst Senior, Business Systems Analysis

About the role

Our team at FIS is the core team developing the Risk & Compliance suite for banks, insurances and other institutions that need to manage financial risks. We have a broad and solid customer base with hundreds of large clients around the world.

Responsibilities

• Your main responsibilities would include
• Analysis of business requirements - new regulations, new features
• Translating business requirement to solution design
• Preparing functional specification s, creating stories on JIRA, adding definition of done for story/feature/defect to be implemented
• Testing of implemented functionality
• Documentation and presentation of functionality
• What you bring:
• Knowledge / Experience
• 5-10 years of Experience.
• Hands-on experience in calculation of RWA/Capital Charge for Credit Risk, Counterparty Credit Risk , Regulatory Reporting
• Understanding of different approaches for calculation of above regulatory risks
• Ability to understand business requirement from regulatory documents and translate to solution design
• Knowledge of financial instruments, financial markets
• Knowledge of Basel 2/3 jurisdictions , CRD4 , PRA, CRRII or Other regulations
• Technical Knowledge - familiarity with SQL database and querying,

Requirements

• GIT/SVN repositories, JIRA
• Knowledge of Agile process
• Strong desktop computing skills - PowerPoint, Visio and Excel
• Bachelor's degree / MBA Finance/ or any equivalent degree in Finance-related discipline
• Previous work experience in Banking or finance domain
