About the role

Contractual role (opportunity to convert to a permanent role based on performance) $2200 to $2500 Location: Kaki Bukit Rotating Shift (Morning: 7am-4pm or Afternoon: 1:30pm-10:30pm), off 2 days per week or Permanent Night Shift (10pm-7am), off 2 days per week (Night shift allowances $10 per night shift) On the job training is provided. First month training conducted during office hours (8am-5pm). Job Description Liaise with customer on work programs and service activities Liaise with the operation coordinators on work schedules, manpower allocation and scheduling Answer and record all incoming requisition from customer Disseminate work requests to operation teams Updating of work orders and schedules Prepare calls records summary including subcontractors work request Ensuring tools and equipment are issued and returned in proper working condition Data entry of records Other duties as when assigned by Supervisors Job Requirements Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC or equivalent Applicants with call center or customer service experience will have an added advantage.
