$19.50 hourJob DescriptionPurposeTypical FunctionsGeneral Repairs: Perform routine maintenance tasks including minor plumbing (fixing leaks, unclogging drains), basic electrical work (replacing light fixtures, bulbs, switches), and carpentry (repairing doors, locks, drywall).Facility Upkeep: Handle routine painting, patching, and touch-ups. Assemble, move, or repair furniture and fixtures as needed.Grounds Maintenance: Ensure the exterior of the property is clean, safe, and presentable. This may include mowing, light landscaping, sweeping walkways, and seasonal tasks like snow removal or salting.Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean and organized workshop/storage area. Ensure all work complies with local safety regulations and company policies.Education and ExperienceMinimum of 2 years of experience in general maintenance, handyperson work, or a related trade (plumbing, electrical, carpentry).Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and CompetenciesProficiency with a wide variety of hand and power tools.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
