We are a Licensed Fund Management Company (LFMC) under the regime of Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Job Description Handle client and account onboarding documentation, including Rockstead internal forms and custodian banks' forms Prepare documentation for Fund subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and related transactions Support periodic review processes, including document preparation and submission coordination Perform screening and background checks Input and maintain structured product trade details in internal systems Perform system data entry and administrative updates accurately and timely Prepare, print, and bind portfolio statements, presentation decks, and other documents as requested by the Client Advisors Coordinate courier services, document collection, and delivery arrangements Maintain proper filing and organization of client documentation and internal records Provide administrative and operational support on non-client-facing matters

Requirements

• Prior experience in administrative, operations, banking support, or wealth management support roles would be an advantage
• Fresh graduates with a keen interest in private banking / wealth management are welcome to apply
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle documentation with accuracy
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Experience with onboarding documentation, periodic reviews, or banking forms would be an advantage
